hey well i have a really toned stomach cus my mom is a TOTAL workout freak shes 41 and weighs about 120! and shes like 5 foot 11!! so what i have to say is during the boring commericals on tv do some crunches and some pushups or knee pushups or at bedtime when u feel like ur not ready to go to bed do some crunches or in the morning when u have spare time or go for a run/walk with ur dog or bff so u and ur bff r together and ur not bored enter some 1 mile races and have all ur friends join and c who can win and by doing all of thid b4 u know it you'll be super skinny and when it coms to eating NOTHING with high fructose corn syrup NOTHING!! when ur really hungry grab a fruit or vegetbale for lunch sandwhichs r the best breakfest no sugary cerals try some bagles or yummy bread and to satisfy ur sweet tooth haveur mom by some energy Cliff bars to use during ur workout hope this helps!

Well since you are blue/green eyed you should wear a light blue t to make your eyes pop!You should wear ripped jeans.Or if you are more preppy you should wear a plaid skirt.You should wear canvas shoes because they always look cute with plaid skirts.In your hair you should but a black headband in.and wear your fave necklace! if you have a gym close to your house go and set up an appointment for a fitness test. the trainer will see what you can do and make you a workout that's just right for you. have the trainer walk you through the workout and have them with you the first few times you try it. then just go and do your workout. ask your parents if they can set up a reward system fo you. if i go at least 3 times a week for the entire summer(unless i'm at camp) my mom will get me a new cell phone. that motivates me to go.
