Why did u say you know I'm not a mod? I know I'm not a mod? Periods can be scary. But being prepared can take some of the fear away. You should probably have thin pads, regular pads, super-thick pads, and overnight pads. I wouldn't suggest using tampons on your first period, but if you want to buy them, I would suggest getting junior or slender, until you know how heavy your flow is. Be careful to keep track of how long you keep your tampon in. they should be changed every 4-6 hours. If not, you could get a rare disease called TSS, or Toxic Shock Syndrome. Its very rare, but it is possible to get it. You should make a note of how long your period lasts, so you can try to guess when your next one will be. Talk to your mom about it- she will be a great source of advice and support. Talk to your friends, girl cousins, aunts, grandmother....any source of womanly support is good. Hope I helped!

Hey heard about the dancing underweight thing and I want to tell you my sis is a dancer and yes most dancers don't have much in the boob department and girl your period comes when it comes so don't worry also girls that do ballet are usually petite!
