A good inner thigh workout:
lay on your right side then lift up your left leg then slowly set it back down once you do ten switch sides and lay on your left side and lift up your right leg. Only do 2 sets of ten for each leg. About 2-3 times a week.

JB News: The Brothers will be preforming with Stevie Wonder as an opening act for Stevies: House Full of Toys concert On Dec. 12th 2009 in LA.

Disney Channel signed JONAS for a second season! We will be seeing the bros with new episodes of the show in 2010. Disney Channel also requested a second round of Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream for 2010 about their World Tour this time!!!

JB's Walmart exculsive soundtrack is now relased at Walmarts website or some Walmart stores ONLY! It features 6 songs AND an interview with the Jonas'.

As you already heard Nick is coming out with the Nick Jonas & The Administration! It comes out in 2010, spring or early summer.
