Ok, so there is this guy in my class that I really like. He always shot out hints that he liked me ( eye contact, leaning towards me, smiling, playfully nudging, etc. ) I do the same things to him, but after a while he got a girlfriend. But it wasn't me.. He still does some of these things but not gazing into each others eyes and the smiling. I really thought he liked me. Even my friend asked me if he did like me and I never told her I liked him,it was just how we acted towards each other.. Did he like me before? Or maybe does he like me now?

He might have liked you before or he might have just been flirty, but either way, you can't go for him if he has a girlfriend! Stay friends for now and keep your mind open to other crush possibilities. If it's meant to be another time, it will be, but you can't make a move while he's dating someone else!

MOD MOD MOD!!! I have been with my boyfriend about 6 months and everything has been great. The problem is now things have been changing and whenever I talk to him or he leaves me a voicemail i'ts always in a depressed tone. I don't want to break up with him and I know it would ruin him if I did, but I don't want to stay with someone who makes me sad now. He wants me to "let him in" and not tell him if one thing is wrong. I have been thinking about this a lot recently and have just been so busy, but he wants to know every little thing going on in my brain. When he asks what is wrong I say nothing I'm just thinking and sorting through things, but he wants to know exactly everything I am sorting through. I understand he wants to be involved and try and help, but what he is doing is just making it all worse. I want a fun relationship, not a serious one where all we do and talk about is revolving around the problems in my busy teenage life. What should I do? I can't let this go on and make me sad much longer. Thanks!

MODMODMOD ! Okay so a couple months ago I was asked out by my crush since third grade, who also happens to be the hottest guy at my school. We always talked and texted and he was always saying how I was the best girlfriend he'd ever had, how much he loved me, and he would always be really sweet to me. But a couple days ago he just dumped me out of nowhere, and he told my friend (who is one of his best friends) it was because he didn't want a relationship. I can't get over him, and because we're in the AP program, we have all our classes together. On his instagram he's been posting all these pics of him facetiming and hanging out with girls he used to date, and I feel horrible. How do I get over him? I can't even look at him during class without feeling like crying :/ thanks!!

Oh my gosh, that must hurt a lot - especially when you have to see him every day and he's posting pics with other girls. Believe me, I've so been there. And I know it doesn't seem like it now, but it will get better. You will move on and feel better, and eventually meet a guy who's an even better match (trust me on this one!). In the mean time, you just need to keep yourself occupied. Hang with friends, focus on your after-school activities, and shake things up - try that new hairdo you've always dreamed about or start that hobby you've always wanted to try. I know things will get better - just give it time.

Hi! I saw your comment about cheerleading and since I am a cheerleader of three years I compete on two teams and I am the same age. So what I would do is stretch twice a day, in the morning and at night. You can look up cheer stretches. Three times a week do a cardio workout for a decent amount of time. Practice tumbling three times a week. Also look up basic stunts like, half or prep, full or extension, elevator, cradle, quarter up, liberty or lib, bump down, quick up, quick down. You need to condition twice a week. Try jumping jacks, squat jumps, push ups, lunges, and bicycles. Need any more just let me know! Oh and practice cheer motions.

Okay so I gotta walk home for 8th grade, I have to walk 5-6 blocks to my aunt's house, she gave me her keys to the house just in case she's not home, my parents or her will take me home. I never walked home before and alal my friends goes with a ride that their parents pay for, my parents tried that but they couldn't find anybody! My dad can take me to school but not back! WHAT DO I DO! Oh, also I'm scared since my school is in detroit where there's alot of crime, and worried about strangers, perves, etc! My uncle can't take me home all the time, sometimes which is rare! I know one girl who walks home with her brother but her older bro sometimes takes them home with a car, so Idk! Frown PLZ HELP! My bangs are all the way to my chin, I have a layer cut hairstyle from april or march? idk..How do you make your hair grow faster so my bangs can ger longer!? MY hair grows slowly so yeah..before it was thin, now it's half thin and a little bit thick..but still lightweight thin. My bangs are always no matter what straight! My hair is wavy, I thought it was curly, but I looked up google images and saw if I had curly hair, I wouldn't even know how to control it! So it's wavy/straight. My friend's bangs grows super fast in 1 month! Mine is slow, but everybody has differ hair, I just feel like my hair grows the slowest of all..

This question wasn't answered last time.. :/ So yeah..

Hey Susmita24, our skin and hair has a lot to do with what we eat. So start munching on veggies, fruits, and nuts. Drinking water is very beneficial too. Be sure you are taking good care of your hair. Keep it cleaned and moisturized, so healthy hair will start to grow. Hope this helps! Xoxo

Hey girl, you can check out Forever 21's vintage section. And see if there are any vintage/retro stores near you, too, that're more off the beaten track. Any place that has flowy skirts and tops is great - you're probably gonna have more luck finding certain pieces rather than a whole store.

MOD MOD MOD MODOkay so like I'm adopted and this year i just found out about my real mom and dad (since its my aunt and uncle who adopted me) and I see my mom and little half brother, who's five, every summer (they used to cover them up as my "cousins") and i never made contact with my dad until the middle of my vacationand now that i know him i don't ever want to lose him again, he's my best friend i tell him everything. almost everything, lol. and i have another little half brother, and his fiance is nice too. i have a little something in common with each of them but i don't know what to do bc next summer im gonna meet my dad and i really wanted to meet his fiancee and my half brother too (i already told him that) but what do we do for the visit ?? Also, my mom had been lying to him about me since i was two, i don't know if i'll be okay to talk to her next summer bc i really wanna curse her out for doing that to my daddy all these years, she told him it was my aunt who didn't want him contacting me bc she was afraid they'd take me back, huge mistake, my aunt would NEVER do that !!! but yeah, im just lost

That sounds like a lot of stuff going on! I would recommend talking to a professional, like a school guidance counselor, to hash out all of your feelings. I'm sure your mom did what she thought was right! Once you know everyone in your family better it will be easier to know how to handle situations between them, because you love all of them and they can all be part of your life! Try talking to another family member or trusted adult who knows the situation so they can give you more specific advice.

Okay so I hate this boy and ever since 6th grade hate him because he called me a Muslim when I kept telling him I’m a Hindu! That’s when he mumbled, well tried and said” I still think you’re a Muslim.” That made me mad so I told him that do you see me wearing a freaking scarf? I told you that I’m not a Muslim! He told me he never met a Hindu before so I told him well you met one now. I felt super pissed so I said” Okay, I had enough, we might as well be enemies!” Ever since then we argued and bickered till now in 7th grade. It’s like the Trojan War! Now, he’s trying to be all nice and acting like when did he even say something like that and stuff because he is upset that I hate him, he even said,” It’s like I killed someone.” “What did I do wrong?” Shouldn’t he know, but probably forgot! My 2 besties said he don’t hate me at all, it’s just that I hate him. When we played 4 square outside, he was being all quiet, sad, and scared looking when he passed the ball to me gently. My 2 friends tease me by saying he likes me and stuff because they always notice him staring at me but I always disagree. For some reason, when ever there’s a award ceremony, spelling bee, group project, writing or science fair, and you have to be in the blue group for computers or in gym lining up, he always ends up by me! OF ALL THE PEOPLE IN MY SCHOOL,WHY ME? I don’t like him at all after what racism he was but my besties said that would you forgive him if he apologizes, but I told them, it’s up to him if he wants to apologize to me at all like he truly seriously means it! But I bet that’ll never happen, haha! What should I do; forgive, forget, hate still, or tell him straight up?

Okay, so I told one of my BFFs that I still liked my ex boyfriend that I had been dating for like, four months, and I thought he like me back still too, at least a little bit, and she was like "I don't care, he likes me anyway." which kinda hurt. Okay so I have allergies and they're getting on my last nerve!!! It's affecting my voice and my throat. I've already been to the doctor (who confirmed its allergies) and I don't know how to make myself feel a little more 100% cuz now I feel AWFUL! And I have this horrible cough that's ANNOYING!!! What do I do to make it better at least a little because I think I'm really starting to get on people's nerves at school with my constant coughing.

Did the doctor recommend or prescribe any medicines for you? There are lots of allergy medicines out there - Zyrtec, Claritin, etc. - that could help soothe your voice/throat and make your cough less intense. Try asking your doctor which ones he would recommend, then give it a try! You'll feel better in no time <3

It's not weird! Especially since he's only 2 years older - actually, it's pretty normal to think he's cool/to crush on him. It's even ok to laugh when he's teasing her! But try to control your crush by not flirting with him when you chat. Just act normal, as if he was just another of your friends. You'd laugh if another friend was playfully teasing your BFF, right? But you wouldn't flirt, feel awkward, bat your eyelashes, etc. when talking to that friend. Enjoy the crush but also know your boundaries
