Okay so i have a problem. so whenever i get into a fight with m y sister or parents i burn myself with salt and ice. thats last time my parents caught me and i got into a lot of trouble and my friends were furious i promised never to do it again, and i dont want to do it. but i got into a fight with my sister and mom the other day and when they left i gave myself to big burns on my stomache that blistered really bad, i also made shallow cuts on my thighs(so no one would see) i dont want to do it but i think i need to be punished for talking back to my parents or being mean to my sister. HELP ME! But i dont want to tell anyone i wont tell anyone, how do i stop on my own?? please dont tell me to go to someone because i wont. help!

MODDD! 3 of my bffs won't talk to me or my other friends. if they do, its just some rude or gossipy comment about someone else. when we try 2 sit by them at lunch, they move to a dif table. they found out that my other friend and i told the science teacher about this problem. they always ask us if we did and we say yea. then they ask why and we normally make up some lame excuse. now they think were tattle-tails an still won't really talk to us. there are only 19 kids in our class and 11 of them are girls. wut do i do????

Hey girl, using a guys friends to get him is a myth. Instead of putting your efforts into getting to know one of his friends, get to know him. Ask him to hang out, or offer to do homework together, whatever works. Once he gets to know you, I'm sure he'll like you too.

okay, so I started high school this year, and so grades are important. I'm taking some honors classes, and I really need to improve my sleep, exercise, and eating habits. I say I'll go to bed early, but I end up staying on the computer until almost 11:00. I could eat a lot healthier, but it can be difficult. I pretty much only exercise during PE, and I'm not old eough to drive alone. We have Wii fit and stuff, but do you have any ideas on how I could improve these habits?







You just need to make some changes and stick to them. Set an alarm for what time you want to sleep and when it goes off, make yourself go to bed. No excuses. Also when youre going to eat, make healthy decisions one by one. You dont have to change everything, but if you grab an apple instead of salty chips, youre being healthier. Also when it comes to the working out i suggest you find a buddy to do it with or ask your parents for inspiration. Good luck with all your goals!! and don't slack off or accept any excuses from yourself. xoxo kerra

 I suggest you just bring it up to her. Let her know you've done research and have been looking into it a lot. Be respectful and calm when you tell her what you want no matter what she reacts. However if she says no you have to respect her opinion. You can't go against her will. Also i want to mention that just because 12 year olds get pierced, that doesn't mean youre not too young. Thats not a good reason at all. Just act responsibly and mature about the whole issue. Show you're mom the research and let her know what it means to you. Good luck girly!! xoxo kerra

MOD Last year, I REALLYY liked this guy. He had said he didn't like me in that way back, and I was okay with that--a little bummed but ok, and I got a boyfriend who wasn't him soon after. Anyways, today my friend told me how he is always talking about me and how smart and nice I am to people and that he blushed when she asked what he thought of me. MOD! We had a halloween dance Thursday and theres this guy i really like named Donnavan and he has a brother a year older named Dylan who im good friends with. Well Dylan knows I like Donnavan and he said Donnavan likes me, and that he told him that and everyone keeps telling me he likes me. Donnavan knows i like him too and we flirt a little and hes always starin at me and tryin to sit with me but sometimes neither of us know what to say and it gets akward and our faces go red and stuff. anyways donnavan is really shy and at the dance he tried to ask me to slow dance but some guy cut him off and all this. he was lookin at me talkin to other guys the whole dance and told dylan that he wanted to talk to me but was too shy. well i walk home with him and dylan gave donnavan a signal to put his arm around me... donnavan did it and i was like okay and just stood there then he could tell it was akward for me so he let go and said jk. then donnavan asked me for a hug. ive never hugged him before. i gave him one and he smiled. then i got really cold and he offered me his jacket. i said no thanks because i didnt really need one. then we keep walking and he askes me what my fav color is and tells me happy birthday (it was my bday)and then my friend turns to him when she thinks im not listening and says ask her out! and he says well... i like her but i dont. and she said ask her out! and he said okay but never did. he asked me for a hug again and smiled... again. i went home while dylan was congratulating him on his hugs. well everyone keeps telling me this means he likes me but is scared to ask me out or he likes me but doesnt want it to be even more akward if we go out. It might not be an option for your mom to switch jobs. I'm sure she would love to spend as much time as possible with you and your dad, but she is working this job because it's the best for you and your family! Try to put aside some quality time with her on the weekends or before she leaves for work. Get in some good you and mom time and you'll still miss her, but realize that you are making the best out of the time you have together. And enjoy the solo time that you have with your dad! A lot of people don't get one on one time with their parents, so live it up.

Hey chicky, you guys could play freeze dance, Cold Snowman (hot potato with a stuffed snowman) and Frozen T-shirt Contest. To play the frozen t-shirt game, you have to grab a shirt wet it and put it in the freezer and the first person to get the shirt on wins.
