Hey Girl!
I saw ur comment on the advice page!! My advice is not all healthy foods need to be gross! Fruits can taste sweet and sour depending on how you like them! If you dont like raisians other dry fruits are yummy to like cherriers or cranniberries! Being overweight is not somthing to be sad about its just a goal that needs to be achived! Try playing enjoyable sports so working out doesnt seem like a pain! Also if your going to work out drink lots of water!

Hey babe!  Bangs are great for minimizing the look of your forehead as long as you get the right kind.  Tell your stylist what you're tryin ta do and they can come up with the best sort of bangs for you!  Just make sure they are long enough to be able to pull back with a headband or clips for when you're at sports practices so they don't get in your eyes or make your forehead break out.

well, apparently my school is worried about my BMI. & i love junk foods! baked potatoes, salads, hamburgers, steaks, corn, watermelon, apples, grapes. -love!♥
& i hate salmon(all fish foods, actually), pretty much most veggies.

 

Hey girl! Baked potatoes, watermelon, apples, grapes, and corn are all extremely healthy and good to incorporate in your diet! Hamburgers and steak are also good to incorporate, but in moderation! Turkey is a healthier sandwich choice, if you like turkey.  You could have apples with PB for a great snack that will give you a lot of energy and fuel!  Try watermelon or crackers and cheese, a mini bag of popcorn, a granola bar and a glass of skim milk, or V8 fruit juice!

Hey babe, what are some foods you don't like? Let me know what you like and don't like, and I'll send you back something that will fit your tastes! Smile  Easy workout ideas....your workouts should be based on 1. Having fun, and 2. getting fit, toned, and in shape, so you can feel awesome in your skin and with your amazing body!  Don't focus on fat-loss unless your doctor is concerned about having a large BMI.

MOD!! I have read that your discharge should be white or clear, sometimes mine are kind of a yellowish whitish. should i be worried of a yeast infection??




Hey girl! You should go see a doctor and get checked just to be sure if your discharge is an abnormal color or odor.

vertical and colored in... press and hold the ALT key on yoour keyboard keep
pressing it, and press the 3 key (you have to press the 3 on the number- pad

hey,okay i REALLY like this guy. he likes or liked my friend.she liked him.they got in a fight and that's why she doesn't like him anymore.... i got in the middle of the argument so i would text him till like 10/10:30 ish at night. i really want to tell my friend that i like him so should I? and should i tell the guy i like him? I've liked him before and he found out that i liked him(another story for a different day) Since it's July i won't see him until freshman year starts..if i tell him now,do you think it will give him time to think about what i said if i tell him? i don't want it to be awkward,you know? and can you help me with what i should tell him?

Hey girl, for mild acne try products like Clean N Clear (morning burst) or Neutrogena oil free face wash. For more severe acne I would try something like Proactiv, or seeing a dermatologist to get prescribed a stronger medication to clear your blemishes. For concealers stick with oil-free based products that won't make you break out. They're designed specifically for sensitive acne-prone skin.

So I'm not totally flat chested, i have something, but barely anything. i havent gotten my period either, but it seems like theyve stopped growing!! is it just me or is that possible? i am 12 btw.

It is very possible that (unfortunately) you may have stopped growing.  Don't worry, though- you still may have plenty of time!  While many girls stop growing when they hit puberty or get their period, I know many girls who have kept growing through college.  So, be patient and wait and see!  XOXO

The first kiss can be very stressful because you are thinking about so much! Don't feel pressured to give him a smooch... The number one tip is not to force it, because it will happen when the time is right.  There is no handbook to kissing, because every kiss is different! Hey girl! The fact that he's dating one of your friends now means he is being fishy behind your back! That is totally unfair to you!  If you still have feelings for him, I think you should try talking to your friend who's dating him about it, because he could possibly risk ruining your friendship.  You don't deserve to be treated like this, you should be put FIRST.  Flirt and hang with other guys and don't give this one a second thought or chance.  I'm sorry that he had to be such a pig. Hey! No worries, you don't have to be artistic to make collages. Collages are actually my favorite craft...maybe because there is no wrong way to do it.  What i like to do is get my favorite old magazines and cut out cool pics, colors, and sayings that inspire me.  For example: I have a collage with ice-skates, palm trees, COVERGIRL, Nike running ad, etc etc....then paste them on a bright piece of paper in any way you like! Waa-laa , you've made your first collage!
