OMG NO WAY!!! i'm getting my hair cut short durin spring break too! in fact, it's on friday!! (3 days from now) that is sooo cool!! Yea... I dislike carrot red hair too.. my bf's hair is a darker red ad mine is strawberry blonde. It's kind of a rare hair color, not many people have it. It's basicially red and blonde hair mixed together. It looks like i get highlights and lowlights. The only bad thing about having red hair is that your skin usually dosen't tan well and you get sunburned alot.

Heya Girly!

I actually had this same issue last year!! I think that you should tell your friend why you are mad, and explain to her how her friend is mean to you... try to think of past examples of when she was mean to you. If your friend doesn't do anything about it, try telling her that if she doesn't do anything about it, you can't hang out with her while she is with the other friend.
