Hey, I saw your comment on whether 12 was too old to Trick-or-Treat, and it's definitely not! I have a neighbor who's a college freshman, and she's actually coming back from the campus on Halloween to Trick-or-Treat with her friends. Also, I'm thirteen and I'm going this year, so I say just get out there and have a good time! (and then enjoy all the candy, yum!!! )

i read ur talking during sleep comment. unless ur screaming, kicking, or thrashing during the night, ur ok. but if ur sleep talking becomes violent, or even R rated, or u kick, thrash, scream, or show signs of fear, talk to ur doctor, because it could be a sign of a more serious condition. sleep talking can also be caused by
certain medications, emotional stress, fever, mental health disorder,or substance abuse.
there is no known way to reduce sleep talking, but avoiding stress or getting mmore sleep might help. Keeping a sleep diary can help identify your sleep patterns and may help your doctor find out if an underlying problem is causing your sleep talking. Keep a sleep diary for two weeks. Note the times you go to bed, when you think you fell asleep, and when you woke up. You'll also want to write down:
the medicines you take, and the time of day you take them, what you drink each day and when, especially caffeinated drinks such as cola, tea, and coffee, as well as alcohol, and when you exercise.
