Hey New_York_City!
I saw your MOD comment on the cinco de mayo post about religion, and wanted to help you out. I'm in a completely different situation than EgirlH.97, because my mom and brother are Christian, but my dad isn't, and we don't go to church. Anyway, I think it's so awesome that you've accepted Jesus into your heart, and I believe that even if you don't go to church you can still be as close to Him as anyone. Just worship Him in anyway you can. If you like to sing, find a couple songs of praise to sing for Him. If you play sports, ask Jesus to help you before every game. In whatever ways you can praise the name of Christ, do.
See if you can find some Christian friends (my best friend was the one that introduced me to Jesus!), and do a couple little bible studies by yourself if you can. Continue to pray and remember to ask God to forgive your sins, because He died so His blood could wash away our sins. If he forgives your sins (which he always does!), you can be with Him in heaven! Also, even though I don't go to church, I go to my best friend's church's youth group. It's basically church for teens. Anyway, I wish you the best of luck in your walk with Him, and I'll keep you in my prayers!

Hey girl! I just saw your comment about wanting to go to Heaven. Hopefully I can help, considering I'm a preacher's daughter! The first and foremost thing is asking God for forgiveness. Im talking genuine sorrow for the sins you've commited. He's do awesome that he'll forgive you! Then you need to talk to him as often as you can, read your bible(nothing beats reading the bible, but you can subscribe for a devotion to be emailed to you every day like I do! They even have kid's devotions!). You need to go to church, because the bible said "do not forsake the assembling of my people" (or something like that, but you get the point). Though living for Christ may have its downs, the outcome of it is worth the pain. You also need to try to not do bad things. Being a "good person" gets you no where. Some things that may not seem like sins are still sins. If you need anymore help, just ask me! Hopefully I helped!

VP please? I am like....you have no clue what a big shopping addict I am. Like some people are addicted to drugs badly, its like that with me and fashion. I always know latest trends. Once I was at the mall with my friends, and I wanted to buy a realllyyy cute top, but I already spent all of my money (and I had saved up a lot!) that I couldn't buy it! While I really wanted that top, I did still get adorable shirts, skirts, shoes etc. I am ALWAYS on a computer its unreal! That's my number 1 thing to do. If I'm typing an essay for school, I'll open the internet and go on any website, like GL. Is it bad that I also snuck on during school? Whoops! <3
