Oh that sucks! Try drinking tea before you go to bed. Peppermint is a good one for bedtime. And it also helps calms anxiety and relaxes your stomache and is very good for you throat. It doesn't take that much time to brew, either!

yeah i know what you mean. my speech coaches tell us that we shouldnt practice too too too much or memorize it right away because then we'll get bored with it and it won't sound as good. just try to have fun. i'm sure you'll do great!
