oh about that tampon thing 4 leaving it in 4 8 hours...thats alittle over the time limmit,i sugest changing it evory 1 to 4 hours...good luck!!!

Hey I saw your question. I do not think that wearing a tampon for 8 hours straight is the best idea. U should probably change it every 3 to 6 hours, depending on your flow!
