MadMaddie911- Exercise: Practice hiphop 1-2 times a week, play more just dance 3, 30 minute workout between dinner and sleep (every other day) Diet: Have a fruit for snack (2 snacks a day in between meals), follow the serving sizes!, diss deserts and chips, 3 meals a day= 1200 calories, drink a lot of water(6 cups a day), stay away from the kitchen as much as possable(preferably go outside) FOCUS!!! I hope you reach your goal! <3

So I saw an ad you put on a GL post about giving health advice. I am 122 lbs. and 5'0. I am about 10 pounds overweight and I want to loose weight fast. Do you have any tips or advice for me? I'm not very athletic,but I'm taking hip hop classes over the summer.

I would join but I'm not a cheerleader anymore. I just got way to busy with other things. And, if I did join, I'd probably have to quit sooner or later because I'm already in way to many clubs for my schedule. Loves, Haley <3
