In A Nutshell...
  1.   rule 1- think before you act popular and pretty girls never say anything stupid
  2.   rule 2- always dress to impress ( they dont have to be expensive just stylish)
  3.   rule 3- find whats popular at your school and rock at it, whether it be cheerleading or soccer
  4.   rule 4- Find an entourage of pretty girls and make them your crew and go nowhere without them
  5.   ule 5- where great clothes, but not ones that are sl*tty and always carry a large handbag stocked with gum magazines and other necesarry stuff
  6.   Apply in the comments and ill hand pick the girls and theyll help me pick out other girls
