Hey girl!! Ok so the fact that this guy has a gf means you cannot date him or go after him..not that you can't like him!! Relationships are temporary, especially in middle school and high school. So I think it's totally ok to think about him and crush on him, so long as you except the fact that for the time being he is taken.
However if you do REALLY want to get over him, try noticing and getting to know other guys in some of your classes that aren't already in a relationship. Maybe you'll meet someone new you like! Or just try to take your mind off of him by hanging out with your friends/fam...and focusing your energy things like after school activities, schoolwork, friends...etc.

Oh and I personally feel that if you've liked someone for a long enough amount of time..they will always have a place in your heart and mind, no matter how much you want to get over and be done with them.
If he ever breaks up with this girl...TELL HIM HOW YOU FEEL!<3
