hey hi runnerrain i saw ur comment and its ok to eat normal sized portions but they have to be healthy and they will not make gain weight but u got to excersice and are u ok about maybe losing two pounds aweek and to help u to stick to this goal is that u should always think do i want to have that last peice of cake? or do i want to be skinny and have a great body thanks! hey i saw ur comment on my profile and that is great wat ur eating so ur would like to get rid of those love handles weights try am there excellent when u have to lose weight and be creative with them oh and if ur looking for an excersice dvd get sweatin to the oldies thats the best workout dvd and do running and swimming they help alot! and for eating tips eat ur fruits and vetables i know everyone says but its true and eat protein and try to stay away from bread and pasta so those are my tips! thanks! -RunnerRain Hey Girl! You need that post work out nutrition! When you run and jump rope you tear down muscle and you have to build it up with the nutrients that you get from food. Some things that I like top eat are bannanas, apples, oranges, grapes, tomatoes(I load mine up with salt so maybe not the most healthy Anything thats a fruit, vegtable, whole grain, lean meats, frozen yogurt, ans so on is going to keep you really healthy. Food Breakfast-NONE Lunch-Two hot dogs with mustard and onions, 2 cups chocolate ice cream Snack-1/2 banana, smoothie. I cheated with the ice cream, but I was at my best friend's grandparents, so ya. I baisicly had to eat it.

good i was on the school dance team and our coach made us do dif ab exercises every practice.....for 5 minutes!...so i really toned my abs at the beginning of the year..that was my fav ab exercise though

ok...thanks abs: lay down flat with your hands by your sides...slowly bring your knees up and at the same time use your abs to lift your chin up to your knees (your arms lift up but keep them straight) and then return to laying down...do this for about a minute...it hurts but just think of your goal and put on some motivating music

ok...so i read sumwhere that to tone your thighs, riiding your bike is really good, and for abs to do crunches everyday...but u know a lot af articles r for "older" ppl, but another thing they said was to eat healthy...but u and i know we cant exactly control that, but we can still TRY (ummm sorta try) to resist eating candy because its there or drinking a water at a resteraunt instead of a soda...simple things help i guess...wat do u think?

hey girl! A lot of people don't realize that in order to tone your middle and love handle area you also need to strengthen your back. This creates a balance in your torso and reduces the fat on your back. Leg Flutters 1. Lie on your stomach and lift your head up slightly 2. You can keep your arms straight out at your sides or bend them with your elbows resting beside you. 3. Lift your feet and knees off the floor and flutter your legs rapidly back and forth. Do this for 20 seconds. Take a 20 second break and then repeat again. Twist Crunches This exercise will work your internal and external obliques as well as the rectus abdominis. These are the two muscle groups that live around your waist. Fat is generally stored on top of these muscles, thus creating the love handle effect. 1. Lie on your back with your knees bent. 2. Carefully lift your head up and place your hands behind your head without locking your fingers together. 3. Twist to the right bringing your left elbow to your right knee. Extend your left leg out. 4. Now twist back to the left bringing your right elbow to your left knee. Extend your right leg out. 5. Repeat 25 times. Standing Trunk Twists This is a good aerobic-type exercise that will help get your heart rate up as well as burn some calories in your middle. 1. Stand with your feet about a foot apart and knees relaxed. 2. Twist your torso to the left while keeping your hips and legs as stable as possible. As you twist to the left, cross your right arm in front of your body in a punching motion. 3. Twist back to the right and cross your left arm over your body in a punching motion. 4. Do 100 reps. The Bottom Line: Just like getting rid of belly fat, love handles will only firm up if you start increasing your body's metabolism by exercising 3-4 times per week for at least 30 minutes. This does not only include crunches, sit ups, etc but aerobic-type exercises that will get your heart rate up. hope this helps! post back! ~Lauren
