Yeah, sometimes that happens where you text and it goes well but then when you talk it doesn't, or you don't talk at all...Anyways, my writing is going well! I just finished a novelette (mini novel) that's made up completely of poems. Think Sharon Creech's "Heartbeat" or Eileen Spinelli's "Where I Live." I'm very happy with it and am going to try and submit it somewhere, maybe a contest of some sort! How's your writing going?

I know what you mean! That's how it is for me too! Although, I have noticed one guy...he's my twin brother's friend. He plays lacrosse and is really nice and comes over to our house sometimes. He's pretty cute. Went to my elementary school but I haven't really known him well...maybe that'll change. Smile

Yeah, I love that about beach houses! And the writing contest sounds cool, we also have a writing contest that I've gotten finalist in the past few years and won last year. This is the last year I can do it so I'm hoping I'll win! Laughing Also, I'm in Power of the Pen, a writing club, at my school, and we have a competition coming up!

Yeah, you've told me about those festivals! I don't live in a very small town...it seems fun though! The type of place that I really love is a place by the water...like for spring break we go to my grandparent's house on this tiny island that's just so cute, just like a small town. It's amazing! You can run and bike everywhere, there's a pool and beach and everything. I can't wait for spring break Laughing

cool! i think we're getting our tree today! i'm reffing rec basketball this winter and get 6 bucks per game. yesterday i reffed 2 games so i made $12! i think that's pretty good! and i'll have a lot more games so yay! ;D i also babysit sometimes but haven't gotten many gigs lately.

well our middle school doesn't really have a mascot but i guess we're kinda the rockets... like the high school. Uhmmm... i guess my favorite practices would be like practicing starts and finishes.... or like running on our coarse for the race. But i dont really need running advice anymore cuz our season just ended... but if u have any tell me for next year Smile im so sad cc's over but happy cuz our team came in first at the conference meet Laughing

That's cool! ;) Our next meet is tomorrow. The course ends with one lap around the track, which is really fun! So far this season there hasn't been one meet where I haven't improved my time, so I'm looking to keep the streak alive! Laughing
