hey girl! I have the hardest time doing this also.Try doing a lose french braid after your shower.spray a LITTLE hairspray.and sleep with it Or after your shower do a lot of tiny little braids or like a braid next to each ear.Rember to sleep with the braids in ur hair.Also GL has some articles about beach waves.Hope this helps!

Hey Sabi! i suggest swimming competitivly. i do it, and in the summer we dont do nothin but swim! doing all the strokes helps improve muscles in all areas of the body without u even knowing. so next time you get a chance, try signing up for summer swimming. if you like it, you can try winter, too. but to join winter, you need to have at least done a summer too. you'll have plenty of muscle in no time flat, i guarentee (unless you do something wrong). hey girl! try swinging with ur knees in the seat, that ur only using ur arms to swing! and u can always try yoga workouts. theres some on here if u want to try them. just go to g-life then workouts and search for yoga. -hope this helps!
