Hey Sasza! pondhouse here from Fearless Females! Meditation in itself isn't wrong. Meditation is just quiet time that you used to think about things. You could meditate on scripture. Although, some modern versions of meditating involve clearing your mind of everything, and being open to the first thing that comes to you. This is bad, due to the fact that it allows the devil to creep in and persuade you. You have to always keep God in mind, not clear him out of your head. It is a spiritual war, and you can't let the devil win. Hope this helped! pondhouse

Yeah my parents are christians, and I talked to them about being baptized, and the only reson why I'm not already baptized is because if your a baptist, Your not suposed to get baptized until your saved. I think I might get baptized in June!

Hey girlie! pondhouse here from Fearless Females! I don't mind that you are offering to give sdvice to other girls at all! The whole reason I started Fearless Females was to help other girl in their spiritual journey. If you're doing it to, then all we will do is reach out to more Christians! Keep it up!

I totally agree with your advice on a dress! I'm extremly flat and so for my formal last year I got a strapless dress with ruffles on top and, honestly, it was impossible to tell that i didn't have any boobs. Also, if you're skinny a dress with a ribbon around the waist won't make you look like twig but it won't look like you're drowning in your dress either. hope this helps!

Hi! No problemo, I love doing that kinda thing! It looks like us girls all have about the same idea, great minds think alike! Lol, ok well, i gotsta go buy a dress for me actually, so I gtg. Bye!! P.S. I think my dress is gonna be from Macy's, or forever 21, or even possibly betsey johnson... lol.

Hi girly. I saw your post about what kind of dress you think you should have. I'm your type as well, I would go for something like a short halter top, or maybe a strapless dress with ruffles on top. A tube dress would also be nice, with big accents on the top, like jewels or sparkles or ruffles. That helps make it look bigger, and it fills everything out. I would suggest Betsey Johnson, she has some pretty good prices, or Macy's junior section. I love both of those places, and I usually spend about 60-90 dollars, on a nice quality dress. I hope I helped, write me back on my page please.

Hey, these are just some skincare tips I thought were really helpful. I've tried them and they work so I hope you give it a shot: 1) After you shave,(if you do, if you don't it doesn't matter)let your legs "breathe" (don't put lotion on them) for about 10 min. Then out baby lotion on them. Its extra gentle, lightly scented, and doesn't have as many chemicals as regular lotions. 2) For makeup, I use "Neutrogena Skin Clearing oil-free makeup" it has salicylic acid so its good for people with acne (even if you don't have acne I reccommend it b/c it won't clog pores) but always put on some oil-free moisturizer first. Comment. Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, but learning to dance in the rain. <3

Hey girl i saw your questions about the winter formal i think for color i would saw either teal or puplre which i think would look good based on ur descrition maybe for style something not to low cut(on flat girls it looks weird...) and sometimes halters look good(im flat and it worked for me) i hope this helped have a great time

you can get cute formal dresses for even cheaper than 60$ at forever 21!

I saw one of your comments, and just wanted to say that I LOVE your quote about dancing in the rain!
butterflybabe on 11/10/2010 7:36:32 PM
OK, what you need is either an empire waist dress that will accentuate wateva curves u have. (Don't take that the wrong way pleez.) If ur eyes r blue, go with a dark blue or red dress, if they are green, go with purple or red, and if they are brown or hazel, wear earthy or metallic tones.

I found some cute belts from Khols and Areopostale. But I would look around and see what you cam find. As far as what to wear goes, I wouldjust wear your usual clothes and tuck in the shirt. You probably shouldn't wear shirts that go too low they probably made the rule about tucking in your shirts because girls have been wearing shirts that are too short in the bottom. You don't need to change your style because of a new school. I hope you like your new school! I hope this helps! Comment back!
