Hey girl! I saw your mod about losing weight, but GL said you should eat healthy, well you can do that for a long time and less weight, BUT(there's always a butt!) You can try using some of my eating habits! I"m underweighted and I SERIOUSLY need to gain weight! I weight 80 pounds, 5 ft 6, and turning 13 this year! IKR! Hard to believe! So my tips are... ALWAYS drink ALOT of h2o! WATER! It will make yur belly full! SO drink water like 6-8 times a day which helps keeps the stomach aches away! ANother is that you should eat LEMONS! Yummy! It adds some zest with your food, so when you eat roasted chicken, or any meat, sqeeze some lemon with it! It'll taste AWESOME! You should also try eating 3-4 lemons after you eat dinner! But the main thing is eat more than 3 lemons a day! I know it's pucker for most people and I <3 lemons! It's not pucker after you get use to it! Ohh! If you love eating salad, add lemons! Make lemonade without the sugar, well, your first try you drink it with sugar and then try it without it everyday! Add it to your fave food chicken and noodles! :] Always be active! Don't stay on electronically devices all the T:ME! Get on the computer 2 times a week! The rest of your free time, you should play with your siblings! Go shopping more, well, just cruise around from differ stores! You'll burn calories! That's all I gotta say and GOOD LUCK! ..... ... ............. Oh wait! :/ Remember it will take some time but for differ people it takes differ time but it matters for your effort and your mind to it! My mom's friend's daughter did what I told you, she lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks!! No joking! My bestie's brother did this, he's sorta chubby so I told him my tips, he lost like 24 pounds in 5 weeks! <-- but he was relly dedicated to it!

Answer to your Q on my Advice Queen page: Try asking your mom or your female guardian if you can wear tampons. If they still say no, be honest and say why you need them. If no still, change your pad often-ly (IDK if that's a word. Hope this helps!! Xx~Ann

Alright, also for the losing weight, try jumping rope for 15 minutes a day and zumba is also very fun and a greatm workout. Try to eat less sweets and instrad eat lots of fruit,veggies, ect. A great breakfast would be some steel cut oats with a little brown suger and some walnuts! For lunch try a turkey sandwich on wheat bread with some fruit and water- stay away from soda! If you need a little crunch, try sir popped pop corn or to sadisfy your sweet tooth try a square of dark chocolate! For dinner try to stay away from red meats, and focus on veggies such as salad and some chicken, not fried. Just make sure you stop eating a few hours before you go to bed in order to give your tummy time to digest! As for the clubs, try going to the club page and make a club should be an option! Hey sweetie! In order to lose weight you need to change your life style to make yourself more healthy. Try exersising at least an hour a day weather its running or soccer. Also, eat healthy foods and try to limit yourself on sweets! Hope this helps! Comment if u need more help! Xxx

Hey sweetie! I saw the comment you posted earlier about your hair and i have some tips for you! You said your hair is thin, so i suggest you use a volumizing shampoo and conditioner. I like aussies. After you wash your hair basically give yourslef a blowout. This will help your hair look thicker! tip: When drying the bottom of your hair, flip your head over and dry the back that way. It will help give volume. As for the first day of school styles, you could straighten, curl or put your hair half up and half down! hope these tips and ideas helped! x0x0 -c

Hi everyone! I am soo happy with myself. Because tonight i ate a salad with no dressing. I enjoye all the flavors of the carrots, olives, lettus, onion, tomatoes, broccoli and celery! And i ate a small bowl of soup. My family told me that they support me becomming more fit, and they will follow in my footsteps! Yay! I am very happy!!

Hey GL lovers!! A great tip for beauty on a hot summer day is this--- waterproof mascera, no eyeliner, and light colored eyeshadows, like light brown, light grey, light pinks!! I hope this helps!! ask me any other questions and i will reply ASAP! ;) ;)

Shape your body by combining aerobic exercise (anything that gets your heart going), flexibility exercises (like stretching or yoga), and strength training. Make it a goal to swap one unhealthy food and drink for something healthy. To keep yourself motivated make an inspiration board.
