Hi SuperSquirrel! I'm Mackenzie. I read your question about "Josh" and thought I could help. He sounds adorable and so sweet! I would say that he wants to be friends for sure, and maybe even more. Maybe you could bring up conversations about romance/things other than school. For example, the funny romantic-comedy you saw over the weekend with your besties (has he seen it? If he hasn't, has he seen any good movies lately? Or better yet, would he want to catch a flick with you this weekend?) What he's done so far sounds promising, but stretch it a little and see how he reacts. If he wants to spend time with you rather than other girls, use it to your advantage. Once you get to know him better, you can admit that you like him a little bit, and you were wondering what he thought of you? I think you friend is right- but that's good!
