  1. Fitness Faves
      I would like to say I made it, but someone probably thought of it before. You lie on your back with your legs straight up in the air and with your hands behind your head. Then do 15 crunches, bringing your chest up to your knees.
  2.   Volleyball/Laccrosse

  4.   Remember to breathe!!!

      Well, due to my dessiese, its to eat enough food with high fat/salt/calories to balence with how I work out.
