I am so happy you're interested in joining our story! It's about these debutantes in the late 1890s in Manhattan, New York and about their scandals and glamorous (like my character Violet) or not so glamorous (like fungirl's) life. There will be thrills, chills, scandals, and just overall fun! If you want a taste of how we're writing we have started posting on my profile so you can just scroll through and read what we have! Though we will be transferring the story to a club so I'll send you the link if you decide to join. Hopefully I haven't scared you away with my endless blabbering and if I haven't (YAY! LOL) and you still want to join so all you have to do is fill out this application and leave it on my profile (I included my answers so you have a feeling of what 2 put in yours)-

Character’s Name: Violet Antoinette
Character’s Age: 18
Character’s Traits: Violet has long, dark black hair that compliments her fair complexion and full red lips. Her eyes are bright blue and look perfect with her “cute little nose.” Long, slender body, elegant, petite hands and a heart shaped face.
Character’s Personality: Violet is so kind and sweet to everyone she is always told she doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. She’s flirty and always catching the boys attention which usually makes her a little flustered. Overall she is a confident sweetheart who basically loves everything around her.
Character’s Family (Life): Has a younger sister Isabelle who loathes her sister because of her dazzling looks and sweet personality. Also has an older brother William who is 22 and married to a young girl named Penelope. Penelope loves Violet and is always spending time with her whenever William visits. She is considered her mother’s, father’s and William’s favorite which makes Isabelle despise Violet even more.
Character’s Social Status: Her family is one of the wealthiest families in New York, she is a social butterfly always in the newspaper with her best friends. She’s thought of as one of “New York’s finest debutantes.
Character’s Overall Bio: Violet is a well-mannered sweetheart and social butterfly. She dresses in extravagant dresses and lives a royal life, yet she is very modest. All of these and more is why she is one of New York’s finest debutantes.
Why You Want to Join: I love this time period, and I love to do fantasy writing! This will be a fun and entertaining project for me!
What You Think the Title Should Be: I’m not sure, that’s why I added it to here! ;)
How Often You Can Post: I will most likely post every other day if not sooner.
Anything Else You Want to Include: I am super excited to start this book and have many twists for my character and plot!!!
Sample Paragraph of Your Writing Skills (Could be character’s backstory, ect.):
She tightens and laces up my corset. A smooth and silky gown is put on me. It is purple and tight at my chest with a low cut and lace-trimmed edges with a ribbon tied in a big bow in the back. It billows down to the ground in many layers with ruffles and the sleeves are short. The entire dress shimmers when I move even the slightest bit and I love it. My thick black hair is piled up in an extravagant curly up-do and on the crown of my head is a miniature tiara that sparkles as soon as a beam of light touches it. My soft lips are even brighter as she applies red gloss to my already full and pouty smile. A light blush is added to my cheeks that gives my fair complexion a hint of color. In the hollow of my neck rests a set of pearls and on my petite hands are pearl colored gloves that go up to my elbows. Finally she slips my heels on to my feet and I am ready. I see him at the top of the staircase in a dark blue suit. I lightly rest my hand on the middle of his forearm as we descend down the winding staircase. We wait outside the ballroom doors as they announce us. The dark, mahogany doors open. I am ready.

Hey! You seem like an amazing writer!
@LexilicousCandy has a story writing thing going on!
It's all planned out. The plot is girls being debutantes (Which is going to balls and fancy dances) in the late 1800's.
You fill out an application for it to create a character, then we wait until @Lexi tells us we can start our writing.
It's not a club, but just something that we do on her profile!!

A Dark Mystery Part 3:
I sat down at a table and waited for Christan to come back.
"Happy birthday, princess." I heard someone say behind me. I turned around to see a tall boy with curly blond hair. His features were lean, something every girl would just die for.
"Um, do I know you?" I asked, trying not to sound rude.
"No but I know you." he said with a smile. "Oh. okay that's nice... STALKER!" I yelled and pushed him away from me.
"No, no. I'm not a stalker, though I did stalk my old girlfriend, but that doesn't matter." he said. "Oooh you stalked your old girlfriend, that's not weird at all."
He chuckled, "Anyway, I'm Kendall." He extended his hand out. I wouldn't shake it. "Please stay away from me." I said and pushed him again. I tried to walk away but he grabbed my arm and growled. "Don't you EVER push me again." His eyes looked scary as his breathe quickened.
"Let go of me!" I screamed.
"Yes. Let go of the lady." Christan said. Kendall looked at Christan like he was just a peasant. "And what if I don't?" he asked with and evil crooked smile. "This!"
Christan punched him. "You should NOT have done that, you weak fool!" Kendall tackled him and threw punches. They were fighting til the death. Christan was bleeding but Kendall had no scratches and he wasn't bleeding.
"Stop!" I tried to get them off each other. Kendall pushed me and I fell to the ground. He put his hand on my ankle and pushed slightly, but it felt like a marble table was on my ankle.
"Ow!!!! Oh my God! OW!" I howled. Kendall disappeared quickly.
How could he be THAT strong. My ankle throbbed like crazy. Christan winced. He looked bad.
Somebody shrieked, "Someone call 911!"

A Dark Mystery Part 2:
I walk down a long flight of stairs to see my brother, William and Mother. (she walked down before me) "Happy birthday, sis." Will, as he likes to be called, said. He looks bored. Obviously he'd rather be playing video games. "Thank you, brother." I said as he walks away.
"Well, does the party look okay?" Mother asks. She always loves to hear she did a good job. "Yes. I love it. I thought maybe you would make it way too fancy but this is perfect for my sweet 16." I gushed.
"Well, I'll leave you to your party." She walks away then.
I went to find my friend Laurel. I found her at the buffet table stuffing her mouth with chocolate croissants. I tapped her on the shoulder and she turned around. "Oh, hey!" she said with her mouth full. I laughed, "I see you like the buffet table." Laurel nodded and giggled.
"So, uh have you seen Christan?" I asked with a shy smile. Christan is my boyfriend the most loyal boyfriend ever. Laurel smiled. "Actually, he's coming towards you." my heart started to beat fast and I started fixing my hair. "Stop that," Laurel said, "you look fine."
"She doesn't look 'fine'." I heard Christan say. I turned around to see him. "I don't?" I asked. "No, you look beautiful." He said with a cute smile. "Awww." Laurel said. "Aw thanks, Christan." I told him. He kissed me then. "I so need a boyfriend" Laurel grumbled and walked away.
"Now that we're alone," Christan kept smiling. "I have a present for the birthday girl." He handed me a small maroon box that had a white bow on it. I squealed as I opened it and saw a golden locket. "Oh my God! Its so pretty!" I hugged him. "Wait open the heart." he said and I opened the heart. There was a picture of us under our favorite tree. The picture said 'I love you"
"Aw! Thanks!" I kissed him again.
"Your welcome." he said after we kissed. "You want some punch?"
"Yeah sure."
I watched him walk away into the crowd.
