Hmm. Well, when he died Katniss was 11. And when you are 12 you have to be included in the drawing to be in the Hunger Games. So she and Prim and her mother had to fend for themselves. Katniss's mom went into a "depression state" you might call it, so that left Katniss to get food and money. But, you can sign up to get tesserae (wheat and oil supply) but as many times as you sign up is how many more times your name goes into the drawing. Does this make sense so far? Anyway, I think her father comes into it as how, when he died, Katniss had to fend for everybody in the 6 or so months before she could sign up for tesserae when she turned 12. I hope this makes sense!!! Ask as many questions as you want!!! I love answering them!!! ----Goldie

Ok, well, if you havnt gotten to the part about the capitol being terrible people, they are. So, each year the capitol makes each District (1,2,3,4,5.. etc.) send one boy and one girl to fight to, literally, the death in an arena. Sooo... The Hunger Games is basically a "game" the Capitol made for the capitols entertainment and the District's misery. Any more questions? Comment on my profile!!! I'm happy to help!!!!!!!

awww...bummer!!!! my life is pretty snazzy rite now...except for the fact that im liking kyle AH-GAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH why cant i get over him???? urgh. i got over him for a little while, we were just friends, then he went away for a little while... he skipped helping, i was out, then on the long weekend we just had he went hunting! (hunter...ah-dorable ; )) i found myself missing him and his jokes...he and i are like best friends. When i saw him again last nite, i asked him about hunting and he told me all about it, and how he didnt have any cell phone reception, about how all he had was a radio, and how he stays in cabins. he and i joked a lot, and then we went home. And u no wat happens when i fall aslee? i have a dream about. URGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh well, i guess ill just have to live with not being able to live after not seeing him for a long time... oh well. hey, if u like someone as much as i like kyle, does that mean anything??? luv u! bree <3<3<3

yeah, once u become a decided red belt, u hav a midterm for nunchucks. thats how it works in my school. u also hav a bong bong ge testing(the short stick, idk how 2 spell it).

congrats!!! cuz of the way my school does it...i still have like, another year...arrghhhh!!!!! ill have been doing tkd for 5 years!!!!! ok...guy advice: u must really like him!!!!!! here: 'accedetally' bump into him....say srry...then say like something like wats up? or hi, wats ur name? u may already no his name, but he may not no that u no.... or if u want to catch his attention, if he walks by u and ur friends, start giggling (u mite want to get ur firends in on this before hand) and whisper loud emough for him to hear. say things like, 'look at him' giggle. or 'hes kinda cute.'giggle. keep whispering and looking at him. if he looks at u, blush and quickly look away. that should get his attention. if he comes over to talk to u, strike up a convo. if he doesnt, have ur friends 'force' u (remember there in on this) to go and talk to him like all teenage girlfirends do. say something simple like hi, and pretend to be shy (if u r shy...thats just an added bonus!!! ) when all else fails...become his friend!!!! pair up with him in gym or in another class or something!!!! u no, after riting this, i think that im actually giving myself advice also...ooppss!!! but its still supposed to be for u.... hope this helps...post back!!! oh and tell ur friends that i give advice....i have like no one to give advice to lately!!!!! bree <3<3<3

If they vex you and leave you out and you don't really like them then yes i would say you should you can make new friends in class after school activities if you go to church or youth group thats a great place to make friends even girls in your neighborhood i wouldn't dump your friends cold turkey but you could start distancing your self from them and reaching out to other girls.

heyy!! u kno how i waz having lotsa trouble with my jump side kick board break? well i waz able 2 switch it!!! now im doing a palm heel and a round kick, both of which i can do on the first try. wat board breaks ru doin rite now? anytime!! and one more thing: imagin a man with big muscles trying 2 break down a wall. he pushes with all his mite, but he cant break it down. then, he tries running in2 the wall as fast as he can. it breaks! thats wat u need 2 do with your board breaks. dont push on the board, come at it with all ur strength. i garantee u it WILL break. i should no, ive tried it!!

OMG! thats great! yeah, im not 2 fond of board breaks either just remember this: "put all of your power into it. its better to the break the board on the first try and have it hurt a lot than to break it 2 times and have it hurt even more." -my karate teacher so put all of your power into it and you should be good!
