Hi! I noticed what you wrote about your tailbone on an article, and if you haven't seen the doc yet, your tail bone (and the area around it) may be inflamed! I would reccommend icing it! That's what worked for me. I had the same problem, and icing it a few times a week helped the pain go away, and also before sports and even just in the morning after you wake up, do some stretching!
