I feel like that too sometime. Try not drinking too much water right before your race, but only a lot of water a couple of hours before and then only a little water right minutes before your race. Sometimes if you put your legs up it feels better, I have tried that and it helps a little. Oh and take little sips of cool water after your run just to wet your throt and to get some liquid into your system. Try not to eat before your run either. Hope this helps. If these don't work maybe you should check with a school nurse or sports doctor.

Hey girlie! Thanks for checking out my page! So for your voice, here are a few things...

1) Your voice is probably still developing, the reason why I say this is because if you sing well, but when you talk it's deep, then it's probably just puberty!

2)It's okay to have a deeper voice then others! Just think about the good things, you sing well, your voice isn't high and squeaky, plus a lot of this is you being self-conscious, so your imagining it a little too much.

3) You ARE BEAUTIFUL! Everyone is beautiful so don't be self-conscious and cast yourself out! Maybe this is just one quality that stands out to you, so embrace it! There's nothing to be afraid of! If you get made fun of, WHO CARES! Because people are usually jealous of what YOU have, so they make fun of you in some way!

ok chica, so this guy can't force himself to like you if he doesn't. He didn't mean to hurt your feelings. Unless he came up to you and said "I don't like you and i never will. Your ugly and stupid" he didn't mean to!! And plus, if you just heard that he liked a cheerleader, it might not be true. People can make up the craziest things, so maybe he likes you after all. But this is a good op to think about your feelings- You said that he was kind of mean anyway, so do you even like him anymore? Guys can be cute, funny, and mean all at the same time. You want a guy who is perfect for you, and if you don't like mean guys, then start checking out some other sweeties! You never know, there are tons of fish in the sea and i think it might be time for you to move to different waters. Try sitting on the other side of the cafeteria at lunch, you might find that there are more guys to fall for than you thought on that side. Go to baseball games and check out the cuties that are older (or younger!!) than you. It may be time to get over this dude. You don't have to leave him completely, though, talk to him every once in a while and see what happens, you may want him back someday.

Hey Girl! I got my sports bras at Target, but you can get them basicly anywhere that sells sports apparel. Target deffinatly has the best color selection but you can find big name brands like nike, reebok, and adidas at places like Dicks Sporting Goods, and Dunhams.

saw ur question about using sunscreen. yes, it is important, but ppl overplay it. u dont need 2 put it on everyday, only when ur in a situation where its possible 2 get a burn.


ps...
TANNING ISNT BAD (artificial or natural... my parents and relatives own tanning salons 2gether, so we know all about it). if tanning was bad, would God hav designed our bodies 2 do it as a natural reaction 2 the sun? how do u think we survived b4 sunscreen? tanning is actually a way 2 get vitamin D, and our bodies only make a little. not enough to satisfy our needs for it. we get over half of our vitamin D from the sun. it also helps acne, AND PREVENTS SKIN CANCER. sounds crazy maybe, but let me tell u how that works.
skin cancer does not come from tanning. it comes from being burned too many times. when u get burned, the skin cells can permanently mutate and become cancerous, and then spread. so, if u tan naturally or in tanning beds, u want 2 start at a short time, with sunscrenn if ur outside or in a level one bed. most tanning salons will tell u what bed u should use if they are good ones.
so if u build up a tan, ur not going 2 burn as easily, right?
ppl say, "If ur tan, ur g2 get skin cancer!" thats not true. ppl can be stark white, and get cancer. from BURNING. thats why its important 2 use sunscreen, but dont glob it on.

I read your comment about gettin highlights. I used to get highlights with a blonde undertone, but recently I got highlight with a reddish kind of auburn undertone, and it looked really pretty. Thats just peronal opinion of what looks best on me. Good luck girlie!
