hey, I know im not fat, (overweight yes, not fat) but I'd like to be thinner. I'm 5' 3" and I weigh 130 lbs. Im pretty good at running, but I think I need more movement.. what do you suggest? jump rope? dance? running? biking? just ideas for workouts? thanks!
