i would love the help with my workout. i need to lose 20 pounds in one month. do you have any ideas how? i am not a very active person, so normal excersises are not very easy.

i'm giving the guy i like advice on how to ask a girl out. the girl is not me. he knows have a crushon him. he trusts me with the name of the girl he likes, and the fact that he will not ask anyone out for the dance, and will only say yes o certain girls who ask him (he told me the names). Is that normal?
