I completely agree with you. If you look at a vegetarian food pyramid, it says you need 4-6 protein and calcium serving which include dairy products as 2-3 of them. So, it can lead to the unhealthy side if you don't do it right and watch what you eat that you don't lose too much weight or gain weight because you always snack all day for subsitution.

The smart guy I dated was a dud and told me that I shouldn't help proofread his english essay because I probably didn't know how to read. Like, I'm not sensitive. You can't be when youre on a squad/ Drama.. all the time, all year long. But it's like that with everyone everywhere.

no i dont think u sounded overbearing.....i just thought i would express my opinion like u do.....except my opinion isnt the same! in my family and with a lot of my friends......sports have A LOT to do with getting a phone or not! my coach contacts me through my cell and thats really important so im not late or anything and i need 2 txt my other friends who have the same practice time as me 2 see if its canceled because emails dont always get sent! it really is just ur own activities and parents that decide when u need a phone. by beliefs i didnt mean religion i just mean like-- maybe ur parents dont think u should get a phone because it would distract u from getting into harvard or yale or wateva reason. thats wat they believe. and it may have taken her so long 2 get u 1 for the same reason that the 1 girl (the 1 in the article) didnt get 1. and i was able 2 get by withough a phone 2 but it became so much easier WITH a phone. and ppl with a serious health problem arent the ONLY 1s who need a phone at all times. if u get lost or r at a big place its important 2 be able to contact someone. (in my case......now it IS important that i have a phone cuz i kinda have a health problem.......im a great risk of dislocating my knee and not being able 2 walk on it........but that wasnt y i GOT a phone) and i do agree ppl should stop complaining that they cant talk to their bf/gf 24/7. its not the end of the world.

_savvygirl_15.........sorry but i disagree! i got my phone when i was like 10 or 11 and i needed it and wanted it. if u do sports then its best if u have a phone especially when my parents drop me off! and even earlier today, i was a the skool social and it ended early so i had to call my mom. and ok we cant all have what we want and ya u may want a facebook and cant get it but a lot of my friends have them. its just ur parents beliefs and ur beliefs and ur rules dont apply to everyone else. i hope i dont sound mean but well i just thought i would share.

thats just one disagreement but i really hope we can be friends and talk. comment back on my profile....it seems like we have somethings in common.

Yep(I'm going to capitalize this time O_O)...the swine flu...I hate that word...swine. I don't know...it sounds...weird (I use the ... a lot xD) Two of my best friends have been out of school for a few days...I assume they're both ill :[

I ended up not getting the shot, because all the clinic-places were SOLD OUT! I found out they were giving them at my school...but like after they had already given them...Of course xD

Oh, yeah, me too. I despise math. Unfortunately, it's like, the only thing you learn in school you'll actually ever use. Like PE and (more detailed) science are useless...when exactly is knowing how to properly hit the volleyball going to come in handy? I guess things in math are pretty un-needed. Like how many sides there are on a kddjf;lakfjgkdsfj-agon...like we'll ever need that xD

I keep coughing my head off. In art today (last day of the quarter...last day of art :[ ) we were taking a final (about artists and whatnot) and the room was dead silent, and I had to cough SOO bad...like the choking kind of needing-to-cough. Yeah so I allowed myself ONE cough and then it started some sort of neverending cycle...predictable teeheehee. I have been coughing ever since O_O

My brother plays football, and he had a game last night. It was like 40 degrees, but super windy and kind of sprinkling rain...you know, the obnoxious kind where you're never 100% sure if it was actually raining, but you somehow know it was...I don't know...maybe that's just me xD
