the first time i heard a ghost was when i was 6 i think. it was in the doorway leading to my grandmothers basement. i swear something cold touched my shoulder and i heard a whisper in my ear,"come in". it scared me @the time, but i'm used to it now.
and why can't u hear them when i can? i've been practicing with the use of an EVP detector( electronic voice phenomenon). ghosts are thought of as energy transfers, so they can use electronic devices to "manifest" themselves to be seen or heard. SO this device helps us hear them better. but sometimes they can makethemselves heard or seen if they feel threatened, to try to scare "predators" away. Sorry i'm such a nerd! lol

Just be there for her. You offered help now the ball is in her court to take it. Discuss ideas amoung yourselves. Maybe you guys can give up candy for a month toghether and then reward yourself to a Saterday of ice-skating/shopping/mini golf... ect. , whatever you guys like to do together.

When she starts to complain about herself patiently explain her that yes you weight less but everyone is made differently and there is so much more to life. Don't start weight conversations if possible. Just let the issue go. But if she ever wants to talk about being healthy or working out I know you will be her biggest fan.

My best friend is always saying that she is overweight. When she totally isn't, she's not tiny, but she isn't fat either. I weigh about 20lbs. less then she does, and she's always saying that she would love to weigh what I weigh. But I work out, almost every day, and she never does. I rarely eat candy, but she does all the time, it's kind of hard for me to feel bad for her when I've offered to help, but she never does work out when she says she going to. What do I do?
Please help. Thanks.
Also know that I totally don't make a big deal out of weight, so I don't know why she gets so worked up about our difference in weight.
