Oh my gosh!! I'm soooo sorry about answering your question so late. Well I was on a trip (to China) and I JUST got home! I'm really sorry >.<
Well I'm changing schools this year too, and I had sorta the same issue. I told my parents that my current school wasn't making live to my full potential and that (insert dream school here) would fulfill my "learning needs." I told the I knew it was pretty expensive, but it was the chance to learn at the best school in my city. Do a lot of research and put together a powerpoint of all the info of the school and such, and if the school has a video make sure to show that too. If all else fails, make a deal with your 'rents. Say you'll do your chores early, clean your room ect. Say what you know will help your case. Then tell them that this is something you *reeeeeaaaallly* want and that it will prepare you for college and beyond.
