Hey, I know it's hard to talk to your mom about that stuff, but you'll feel so much better if she's on your side about it. If you feel like you have a legitimate reason for starting to take the pill then she should know and try to help you with it. Take a deep breath and try to open up a conversation about it. It'll be a little hard for her because it means you're growing up, but she'll probably be more receptive than you thought. Good luck!
