That's a great idea!! Thanks for the advice! I think I will ask everyone to bring a dish, and then have a table with tons of snacks on it. I'm doing it at my family lake house (if my mom says it's all right to have a luau in the first place,) so everyone will probably be swimming.(At least all the kids will, the adults will all probably be talking.) I went to the Dollar Tree again the other day, and they had tiki torches! I was thinking about lining them up along the sidewalk that leads to the dock, and the torches are only a dollar each!! I have one question though. I haven't asked my mom about doing the luau yet, (I'm kind of afraid she'll say no!)
how should I ask her? And how did you ask your parents when you had a luau? Thanks again for the advice!

hey girl! I totally understand how you feel. I'm in 9th grade and still haven't had a bf either. dont sweat it! you just haven't met the right guy yet. it's hard sometimes I know. sometimes I feel like I'm not worth it and all those other girls with bf's are better than me. but you are awesome just the way you are and you dont need a guy to be awesome

as for the fake guy idea, I don't think it's a good idea personally. yeah some guys might feel jealous but chances are once this guy finds out that you have this "other guy" he might just completely turn away from the idea of dating you since he knows your taken.

thanks! i only have random burbles of lyrics sometimes, but that was one i could imagine in my head. i don't even know what i'm talking about. lol. i just wrote the chorus for a song; it's about her crush and how she knows his address and stuff (why? she got bored one day looked in the school directory. and i know she's weird, but i love her anyway.) i'm writing loads!

Hey hon.....guys are messed up. I'm sory, its just how they are made. No joke-this same thing is happening to me to. Exept for the fact i have liked this guy for 4 years...other than that our situations the same. right now, im trying to be myself after i found out who hes after. it turns out to be a girl who hates him. hes gonna get his hopes crushed. but with ur case, just try to wait it out. i have learned that time takes care of things if you leave them alone. if he likes you, he will come to you. i know it might be hard to comprehend-but he might not. there will be other guys...but i know how you feel if u ever need to rant or just talk...=)

i would say this guy isn't even worth your time. he obviously doesn't even see how awesome you are, and that is his loss. you may say you can't get over him, but you can. try listening to heartbreak songs. most people think they make things worse, but they actually help a lot. they make you feel like your not alone. i would suggest "dreaming with a broken heart" by john mayer, any taylor swift song, and "single girls" by laura jansen. another thing you need to do is stop thinking about him! find a new hobby, with girls only, or surround yourself with buds for a girls day.

that guy, though you may think he is gold, isn't worth your time. you deserve better, and you deserve someone who cares about you and won't delete your number. just remember that
