If your going for a rocker chick look, I suggest doing it london style! I went to wal-mart the other day and found the cutest london chic clothes, crazy huh! Whats crazier is that they're made by miley cyrus! I would get the one with the london flag on the front and pairing it with red skinnies or navy blue capri's/jeans/shorts. red navy blue or white wedgge heels and a cute choker necklace. for an extra touch, try to find a bag with the london flag!
