hey do you need fashion/makeup/boy advice? then i am the girl to go to! why should you pick me for fashion? well i go to about 10 fashion shows a year all over the world--- my sister is a fashion designer in nyc---i am always in the loop and i have personal connections about whats coming in the fashion world--- i go shopping at least every other day--- when i grow up i am going to be a fashion designer--- i make about 20 new fashion designs a day---inspiration is all over <3 why should you pick me for makeup? well i practically own saphora and MAC i go there pretty much everyday---i own every piece of make up you could think of---some of my sisters friends are makeup artists for models like twiggy--- i hang out with them a lot---and i experiment a lot so i know what works and what doesn't <3 why should you pick me for boys? well i am a big flirt haha and i know what it is like to get your heart broken and what your heart needs to be healed--- i know what boys like some of my best friends are boys---i can help you solve some of your hearts problems and maybe help you score that cutie you have been eying up haha <3 i can help with much more but those are my strong points and once i get enough people i will start posting tips on your guys profiles! there is no application or anything! but i will post your name in my profile so i know who you are! thanks for taking your time to read this and i hope to talk to you soon

hey, i have something to ask you and please do not take this as me being mean or saying you're doing a bad job because that is NOT what i am trying to say here. But i was just wondering if you really wanted to be the president of Club Sport or not. We haven't really done anything with the club so maybe you're not interested anymore? I know you said you were busy and i understand, really, but if you're too busy with the club or don't know what to do with it, which it seems like you are then maybe you should consider handing it over to someone who isn't too busy. Again, I don't want this to come off as mean or anything. I'm just trying to look out for the club's best interest.

A few streches I reccomend doing are pretty simeple, go up against a wall, and put your hands on it. Then bring one foot 1.5 feet or so and make sure you ENTIRE foot is on the ground, heel AND toes. bend your knee until you feel the strech in your calfs, DO NOT life your heel. Hold for 15 sec. Repeat. Another strech for your lower back is to just bend forward and totally relax, and bend your knees slightly, hold for 15 sec. One last one for your splits is to choose a leg (front leg) and bend it under your booty. Then totally strech your leg out, knee on the ground. Hold for 30 sec or less, about 15 maybe. Then repeat on the other side.

hey! i'm the VP of club dance and i saw your question about always being sore after class. being sore just means you worked your muscles really hard the day before. to reduce the soreness, always do a cool down after class. stretch your quads, calves, feet, and arms before you leave. hope i helped!

hey here are your weekly tips bright and crazy colors are in plaid is out wearing vintage is ok but not the best wearing a lot of sundresses and flowy skirts clear jewelry and chunky big jewelry huge hoop earings wearing shorts and a huge cute sweatshirt is in for this summer (might wear this at night or when it is cooler out) ripped denim shorts paired with spaghetti straps is adorable !! any questions just ask need more advice? just ask <3
