Hey! I love cross-country too, and the Office! It's mys second favorite show, and I've been renting the seasons on DVD lately. Literally just finished the second seasona and almost died laughing. XC is the best sport ever! Comment back on my pro plz.

This is about your homecoming dress sitch. You don't have to go with a long gown cuz it's not formal like prom. You should go with a knee length dress. Try JcPenney, Kohls, or Macys. If you wanna know what styles suit you, in the GL website search box type homecoming dresses and it will give you some articles. I forgot the name but GL posted one on homecoming dresses for your body type. Hope this helps!

Hey girl! In answer to your question you should always drink eight glasses of water a day to prevent cramps and soreness (sometimes this is very boring for me to do so I asked my mom to get me the flavored water packets so the water doesn't taste so plain). Also do some streaches after you run to streach out you knees, such as calve stretches, or shin streaches. Because if you do not streach after you run the lactic acids in your muscles build up and it makes your muscles tight and you feel sore. You can also ask your coach for more sugestions on what you should do. And if all else fails see a trainer. Hope this helps!

I saw that you said your favorite amusement park was Kennywood. That's mine too! My mom grew up 5 minutes from there and some of my aunts and uncles worked there! We go there basically every time we go to Pittsburgh to visit my grandma in the summer. What is your favorite ride?

Yeah! I am so excited that the FIFA World Cup is here! But a lot of people think that soccer is boring because they don't score a lot. To watch soccer, you can't just pay attention to the goals scored. You have to watch the plays, the goal attempts, the moves the players make, etc. Anyone else agree?

Hey Girl! Soreness is natural after a run. It means that you worked hard and gained some muscle. The best thing you can do is just streach and walk before a run. Do some deep lunges, calf and quad streaches, butterfly, hurdle streach, back streaches, and so on. It is really important to streach before you run, also drink lots of water(dehydration can increase muscle cramps and discomfort.)
