Yes I have been baptized a Catholic and also go to a catholic school.So i guess your parents arent that close to God? Or do they have a different religon? well keep on asking them why they arent that into God if their not and then ask them if you can be baptized. Catholics are said to be in the middle of christianity:we believe the most things of Jesus, God,etc. Good luck for you to be able to be more closer to God!
