about the bubble vest you could wear it with jeans i wouldn't wear it with a dress you could try putting a cute belt around the vest wear skinny jeans and boots and a long sleeve shirt and not sweater so it would look like this O lol and you may just need a smaller size or a '|' different style :? hope that helped xoxo m ^ p.s i give advice so check out my profile.
