Hey, i have the same sleeping probleme, but now i have a playlist of slow dixie chicks songs on my ipod and i fall asleep SOOOO FAST wehrn i am listening to them. It used to take me like 4 hours now it takes me like 30 mins!!! ITS WORKS LIKE A CHARM!!! LOL
