Hey... I saw on someones profile that u need to lose some weight.

Here's a workout I love to do!
sit up and put ur knees to ur chest
wrap ur arms around your legs and swing back on ur back
roll back up
I do about 20 a day... but idk bout u!!

For some good ab workouts, sit exactly like you would if you were doing a sit up and then lift up your right arm and left leg and bring together. Then repeat on the other side. Do 10 of those for each rep. Do 3 reps.

You needed thy- leg exersices. I usualy stand on 1 leg with my other 1 striaght out. Reach out for a bar or chair edge with 1 hand if you lose balance. Put the other leg straight out in-front and dip on the leg you are standing on. DO NOT USE THE CHAIR UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO FALL!!! If you use the chair it wont work. If you need me to re-explain anything, just ask me. I only found out about this oone recently, so, srry bout the delay... Laughing

You're welcome, umm, yah, it took a while, but I can do them. I got the highest # in ma gym class. That felt awsome. I tryed to up my # of crunches every day. Now I have strong ab muscels, but they rnt noticable until i can lern 2 eat healtier. sigh. lol, good luck tho!

Umm, about the ab workouts, I've been doing crunches for like evr, I no it doesnt sound great n fun n all that, but I can do 100 now, so, it works! good luck girly!

Some good Ab workouts would be crunches but only like 20. Another good ab workout would be my ab-solutely flat, I made it myself and it works! What you do is: while your watching T.V or something distracting start doing side crunches. Then get up and run around or walk for about 15 minutes. Repeat as many times as you want daily!

I agree with sparkel1365, but I also think that you should drink a glass of water if you are craving unhealthy foods. And then if your still hungry, eat a little bit. But please don't eat the whole bag/piece/pan.

~Yeah I'm getting mostly A's too. The only problem is that I can't stay focused on school. I always get distracted or annoyed or something. Even though I'm gettin good grades I have to work longer in the day (since I'm homeschooled) to catch up. If you have any advice on staying focused, I could use it.~

~Some good stomach/abb workouts are good ol' crunches and sit ups. I also heard that doing hip hop is good for your abs and stomach.~ Hope that helps, if you need anything else just ask. Smile

Usually I go get a drink of ice water with lemons and gulp it down, that way I don't feel so ~hungry. If I'm having a huge problem with junk food I tell myself "Self, It's just food...I don't need that bag of chips or that 5th cookie". It's also helpful to think of food as fuel and not just something to do. And try to go outside or do chores or something to keep your mind of it. If I am really hungry before dinner and I want to grab a cookie or something I try to help out with dinner and it keeps my mind of eating right away. Hope that helps.~ Smile

P.S. Do you know any good leg and thigh workouts?
