Ok so if youre too young too date Im assumijg you just want him to become friends with you and get to know eachother to maybe date in the future. Just become friends with him like you would any girl or guy.
Be friendly, compliment/smile at him, and ask hik to hang out (a group "date" would be best). Get to know eachoher and just take it slow. Hope this helps sweetie!
