I saw your post about exercise addiction... I think it seems ok, just make sure you have a good amount of sleep, keep up with eating (you should really have protein in your diet) and try to take it down a little, at least until your body is fully used to it... You may be addicted, but on the mild side (in my opinion) Do you have any self-image problemse? if so, you are more likely to be addicted to it, to make you feel like you have results

try to talk to him about the intrests you have
dont talk to him too much, because that can scare him off
if you in the same class together ask him what homework you have and he probably will answer you..after you get him responding to your question slowly talk to him..he might need some time to get used to you better
if this doesnt work
ask him nicely why hes shy
or you can have your friend ask for you..
