-stop thinking about him. ik he may b in your head 24/7 but do something to get ur mind off of him. hang with ur gurlies, get with some of ur bgfs, anything that will help you stop thinking of how u spend last saturday nght with him

-feel good about being single even if it means buying urself something special, splurging on a mani/pedi or something like that give urself u time b/c ur the one that really matters

-this may not work for u but wen i had nothing to do and the guy kept kreeping into my mind i grabbed a good book and my heartbreak playlist and just lazied the day away (just keep that carton of ice cream in the fridge!!!!)

She looks around the room,
She stares down at her feet.
But when she looks back up,
It's his eyes that she meets.
A smile slowly curls,
On the lips she painted red,
And as she walks across the room,
Thoughts are spinning in her head.

In the dim, and colored light.
