Hey! How are you? I haven't heard from you in forever! Guess what? I started running, and i love it. I ran the 3.8 km today. I love the feeling after you run! But i was wondering if you could help me out? When i run it really hurts my ankles! I have good running shoes, they're nikes. I really don;t know why it hurts to run. When i wake up sometimes my ankles still hurt! Its so annoying. I've thought about just stopping running, but i love it so much and I really wanna run a marathon. I don;t know what to do. I just wanted to see if you knew anything about this kind of stuff cuz i'm pretty sure you said that you run too. Thanks, and im sorry about last time i didn;t get back to you for a long time!!

Im soo sorry that i haven't commented back!! I haven't been on gl in awhile. Thats cool that you joined the school play! We had a musical but i didn't try out. I should have though. But as for your question, I have that same problem sometimes.
Here's my advice: when you crush looks at you, you could smile at him, but not a huge cheesy smile, just one that says that you care or something like that. If he plays a sport you could watch him play with a couple of friends, and cheer him on. And it would give you guys something to talk about. Just being yourself is really important, you probably already know that but you want him to get to know you for who you are. Hope this helps and i wasn't to late!! Good luck!

thats really cool that your resolution is working, I really really need to try harder on mine!! our school track team is outdoors also. But since its kinda still winter they are just practising inside. thats sucks you don't get your spring break! But i guess your right! I heard about those big snow storms in the states on the news, lol (I was bored!) I only had one snow day dthat was because there was blowing snow. It got sooo cold where i live and they never cancel school! it has to be over -47 degrees celcius!! Very cold!! But its canada, so what can i say? lol. Im soo excited its almost spring, because then i can go on bike rides and go for walks and runs! And all that fun stuff that you can't do with snow! Lol, talk to ya later!

i no i havent said anything in like a week, sorry! but i do have a confession.(well, not really a confesstion, i just think you may have assumed something, and i want to get things straight.) i am not overweight, and according to my wii fit, i am right under the words 'normal' for my bmi. i no that you haven't been acting like i was overweight, but i just wanted to get that straight. ;)
anyway, now i am training for lacrosse season, and it has really been working! i run on the treadmill for 15 mins. every day, and i have seen an improvement on how visible my abb muscles are!i also do some strength, like you suggested. thanks!

It seems to me that you are really tall. But, since you are taller it is ok to be a little more heavier. But, I agree that you should bring your weight down. You need to go slow and progress over time. It is hard to all of a sudden start a workout. So, start slow. Do some easy aerobics. Go for a walk and if you think you can, you can go for a jog. If not, try hula-hooping or jumprope. Maybe even challenge yourself by joining a team sport like soccer or basketball! And don't forget to do ab and muscle exercises too, this tones the areas where you have a little more fat than normal.
As for diet, I strongly recommend vegetarianism but most girls are not willing to do that. So, cut down on junk food and fatty food and eat more veggies! Maintaining a good weight doesn't mean starving yourself in any way! Eat the required servings of all food groups! And, if you can, cut down on meat and dairy category.

We're almost exactly alike! I like Glee and u do too! I abosolutly LOVE Twilight! I love running and I love all the stores you do, expecially dELIA's they absoulutly rock! You do to! I've never had a bf and neither have you. I have one crush too. I am a righty and I love chocolate. Question...do you like movie theatres or rent? I love going to the movies!
