Hey! i love florida! so besides eating healthy the secret to loseing weight is cardio(to lose the fat) and Stregnth (to tighten your stomache, so you dont look all flabby haha trust me been there done that) so heres my workout plan and its been working for me! Sunday - Rest, Monday - Strength: Crunches:30 , Pushups:30, Stair Steppers:50, and Lundges:20.. Do that in a rotation.. go through the rotation 4 times. Tuesday: Cardio (jog,bike,swim,or do a cardio machine for 30 to 45 min) Wendsday: Strength (see Monday)Thursday: Rest, Saturday: Cardio (do intervals! Sprint for 30 seconds, Then rest for 60. if you do that and eat healthy you should be all ready for for florida in no time!
