Here are some exercises to tone your thighs.
1. Plie Squat Pulse. Stand with your feet a little farther then hip-width apart. Keep hands at your sides and your toes pointed out. Then lower down until legs are bent at 90 degree angles. Then pulse up and down (come only halfway up) 10 times. Pulsing means your knees will still be a little bent at the top of the move
2. Squat to Lateral Raise. Stand with feet hip-width apart. Lower into a squat, keeping your weight in your heels. Come up from the squat. As you do, lift your right leg straight out to the side. Return to start. Do 10 reps with each leg.
3. Side Lunge to knee drive. Stand with feet together. Lunge to the right, sticking your butt back and bendingrught knee at a 90 degree angle. Push off right leg and drive right knee up. Go right back into lunge. Do 10 on each side.
Here are some exercises to tone your abs.
1.Seated Twister. Sit with knees bent, back straight. Feet flat on floor and hands behind head. Recline slightly, keeping abs tight to hold you up. Twist your upper body to one side then twist to center. Repeat to opposite.
2. Lower Crunch. Lie on back with hands behind head and feet off floor. Cross legs at ankles so that knees open out to the sides. Keep upper body in place as you lift hips off floor by bringing knees in toward chest. Return to start
Its easy to want cookies instead of carrots. Eating an unhealthy snack every once in a while is good especially when you have a smaller portion. Its also good to reward yourself. But you cant stuff your face. If you try different fruits and veggies that you havent tried before, maybe you'd like it? Or try it with different dips, or spices? Take it one step at a time!

A REALLY effective move are bycicles. What you do is lie on your back, then bring your left knee up towards your cheast and twist to meet your right elbow to it, then switch sides. I don't think that was a very good explination but you should know what they are LOL.
