Ooh i have some advice for the abs and stomach.

1) sit ups or crunches.

2) The plank

3) Superman

4) Eat meat, milk, wheat, smoothies with added vitamins ( but dont go over load to much of that added powder in smoothies makes it taste gross!! )

5) Try push-ups. If your like me i can only do like 15, but if u r having trouble trying doing 5 perfect push-ups each day

**** You aren't going to get a 6 pack in a week or maybe in a month. these tips are not magical. BUT if u keep at it you are going to be so strong and amazing by summer!! work hard.

Yah we pretty much just have a tournament left 2 play! Thats really sad! But im doing camps and classes this summer too! I was going 2 try out for traveling but its the same day as my church sleepover camp is so I can't go AGAIN!!! So im just going 2 try out for the schools team too! GO PANTHERS! Thats our mascot! LOL!

I luve big dogs 2!!! They are more playful. Well thats wat I think! Baxter is a black labradoodle (half lab and half poodle) He looks more like his dad! 2day the electric fence wasn't working and he escpaed 2 the park in our backyard! But we found him. I also have 2 huinea pigs, 18 fishes, hermet crabs, 2 chinchillas, and a cat! I LOVE VOLLEYBALL! its so much fun! i actually have a game tomorrow at our school. Has volleyball started for u yet?

i know!!!! i can't wait till summer. but i'm doing something very drastic this summer. i'm gonna excersise like literally everyday to get my body toned. i've learned so much this year about keeping you're body healthy and i'm gonna try that. it would also be cool to start a new grade fresh with a new look. hey, the guys will notice the change too lol.
