COOKIE MONSTER CUPCAKES!!!!
Instructions:
Pick a flavor (im using vanilla)
make the cupcake
take white frosting and dye it blue (neon blue is good)
Frost cooled cupcake
Roll cupcake in jimmy or sugar sprinkles
---------------------
Eyes:
Melt white chocolate chips just enough to mold
roll into ovals
cool
stick mini milk chocolate chips on
place 2 on each cupcake (so he has 2 eyes)

Cookie:
cut Chips Ahoy! cookie in half
push half into icing near bottom
DONE!
yay!
