I really like your profile! I'm homeschooled too! And I'm also in 7th grade! And I want to go back to public school too, because I've always read in teen books and stuff about the school dances and friends and boys (lol!) that I'm missing out on! I also love to read too! I've read a few books in the Madison Finn series. Have you ever read the Left Behind: The Kids series? Those are my all time favorite books! They are really good, you would probably really like them! Are you a Christian? Because I'm a Christian, and when you said "I live for Jesus" it made me wonder if you are a Christian. Sorry this is so long!

I have 2 questions. My hair is naturally greasy. How can I make it less greasy. Any home remidies? Also I am always bored and never know what to do so I am always stuck on my computer all day. Any ideas? Thank you soo much!

lol... yes we do.. i hate it to...im in the 8th grade now.. Smile i dont exactly want to go to school next year though because i dont no any one that would be going to the same school as me because i just moved.... Hey! I have a halloween idea.

Since halloweens a saturday, hav a sleepover! eat candy, watch scary movies, have a jack-o-lantern contest (u can use those mini, $2 pumpkins at walmart and those 50 cent electric candles. Give out a silly hat or ribbon as a prize) and play closet costumes. The rules are: girls can bring watever they want to make a costume, and they can make DIY costumes from ur closet. Sounds lyk fun!

God may have givin you a message about how unholy whatever the subject is, but I have my beliefs and your beliefs are problebly not them. ok so me and my 3 other friends r going as gangstas lol. one is a nerdy gangsta, another is gothic, im a hippie gangsta, and the other one hasnt decided yet lol.
one of my other friends went as a big baby a few years ago lol
ummm lets see.......you could go with someone else and dress up like each other (its funnier if you go with a guy lol)
im running out of ideas........go as charlie brown! get a sheet, cut random holes in it, and carry a brown paper bag!

Hm, I had my first boyfriend around July..I was 12 and going to be 13 Sept. 25..I don't think it's too young, but realize that you are NOT gunna know what true love is right from the start..you may think that you know it, but really you don't until about a 7 month relationship. So 12 isn't too young..but just know it's not gunna be real serious.

I had my first kiss with my current boyfriend..i think it was around just after I turned 13. It was special because I waited for a boyfriend I really liked...and we had been together for about 2 weeks...I think waiting was good because we are still together..9 months later!:]

It's really kinda weird at first....I don't wanna get into like really detailed..haha but pick someplace nice...we were at the beach at a party..and he suggested we go walk down by the ocean..and he kissed me there. :] The dark/sunset is perfect time for a first kiss...the darkness seems to calm you down. Don't just kiss a boy becuase you want a first kiss....pick someone special and you'll know when the moment is right.

hey girl! i read somewhere that you got home schooled! don't be too mad! my friend is home schooled and gets to be done early in the morning and stuff like that! trust me, learning at school isn't absolutely awesome. sure, i get to see my friends every day, but you also have bad teachers, mean kids, bullies, drama, and a TON of other stuff! but it would be cool if you got to try 8th grade at school next year!

Hey girl! Long time, no talk! What's going on?

And...Your hair just gets greasy when you start growing up. It's perfecty normal, but perfectly annoying! And if you have thinner hair (like me) it gets greaser a lot easier. And if you always touch those starnds of hair to throw behind your ears, place a bobbi-pin on them so you won't grease 'em out.

o you dont have a cousin your age? I have like 10 of them we actually had a campout friday night-saturday at one of their houses and yea it was really fun cuz we were in their woods camping and they have a pond their too so we went for boat rides it was fun.Um yea im homeschooled too and id like to go back to public school too cuz i cant see my friensds everyday like i used to but one thing the school work is alot easier since im homeschooled. well gotta go TTYL!!!

MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD MOD My parents are friends with this one family. They have a boy my age (Jake) (12) and he has a cousin. I REALLY like his cousin. His cousin keeps going off and wants me to come. He doesn't say it that he wants me to come but I can tell cause of very obvious reasons. I think his cousin likes me but Jake makes fun of me and says that his cousin thinks I am weird and that I flirt with him. But I don't. Sometimes I don't believe Jake when he says that. But sometimes I do. And it hurts my feelings. But I always wonder what his cousins wants to tell me. It seems like he wants to know how I feel about him but I can't be to sure. He always goes off and when I don't come he gets mad. It's been going on for a while I am just nervous about what he would say since I like him. I don't know what to do and I have hurt feelings and I feel sad and I just need help. Please please help me. Thanks.

 

Hey girly, sounds like his cousin likes you, and that Jake is just teasing you. But guys can be tricky, so hang with his cousin to see how he feels about you. And just ignore his teasing or joke back with Jake. Try saying something playful like "Your cousin might think I'm weird, but at least he's thinking about me." or "You're just jealous I don't like you." Hope this helps! Smile

Heyyy girl I've watched The Simpsons before. There's really not any swearing and I guess you could say there is abuse because the Dad strangles the kid but its not realistic at all. Like it's supposed to be funny and the kid doesn't even get hurt so I would say kids that are 10 years old are find watching it. Maybe 9 but that's depending on your parents. But if you're 10 or older you could watch it probably.

How do I tell my parents I don't want to be homeschooled anymore? They really like it but I don't. I have always wanted to know what middle school would be like but we started homeschooling when I was going into 6gh grade. Now I am going into 7th grade as a homeschooler but hope to go into 8th grade as a public school girl. My parents also said that if I didn't want to be homeschooled and if it didn't work out then I could go back to public school but I don't think my dad thinks that anymore. Please help!!



Girl you need to confront your parents. First talk to them at the right time like at dinner. start by saying " Mom, Dad I don't want to be homeschooled anymore. I think that middle school and high school will be good for me to prepare me for when I go uot on my own it the world and I would like to make new friends. There is no rush on the decition but I will ask you from time to time untill you make up your mind. If you let me got to middle school and high schhol I promise to keep my grades up and do my best." and then smile.

Ok, so yes, it depends how mature/old
you are.
If you're on the younger side & not used to inapropriate things, wait awhile & focus on other hilarious shows or movies.

If you're old or mature enough, try it.

As for the level of how inapropriate it is, generally it's not all that bad, but it varies.

well the perfect outfit is different for everyone.
you shouldnt wear what all the teenagers are wearing, you should wear what YOU like!
me, personaly, i hate following the crowd. I dress how i like and everyone loves my clothes! The thing is, if they went out and bought the same outfit, not only would i be mad, but theyd be a poser, a wannabe, a fake. Stand out, be yourself, wear what nobody else is wearing! (well ya dont have to, just my advice) if you want some pacific outfit suggestions, tell me more about yourself and i would be more than happy to help!
