also sorry this is long ok. You should use mascara. I suggest you use a high end one since they are better for your lashes and lipgloss to top it off. Hope this helped

ok to answer your question,I started looking at you tube videos which helped me learn how to put it one. I suggest starting with a tinted mouisturizer because you have young healthy skin on your face and it gives coverage and helps your skin. Try the Laura Mercie one available at sephora.They have a mini one that is cheaper then the full size one and it will last you awhile. For eyeshadow, just have only two to start with like a champenge and a dark brown.
