  8.   Hi girls heres what im looking for in my helath advisor: someone who has experience in this kind of thing, someone who has good habits themselves, someone who is responsible, honest, and sticks to their word. Here are my goals: i dont really need to loose weight but a little wouldnt be heartbreaking. lol what ireally need help on is better eating habits. i really need someone to motivate me, check up on how im doing REGULARLY and any other creative ideas you can come up with. Ill give the person i choose my information on activity and lifestyle once i choose them.Thanks again for your help and here is the application: 1. how old are you? 2.
