hey girl so so sorry i havent been on in awhile... Okay so if you want to just get that main goal of eating healthy(er) i can help with that too. alright first if you want to try to substitute fruit with those juice drinks DON'T! Its okay to have some juice every now and then like for breakfast mainly because it is good... thats okay. But if you dont want any fruit and think it is easier just drinking juice instead, really its bad. it has lots of sugar in them and tons of calories. There are some good fruit drinks that are okay (i like going for any V8 kind) try packing some fruit that you like in your lunch (try to stay away from processed kinds) try to go organinic and cutting down on your junk food. lots of processed foods arent the healthiest. Daily goal/perspective: think of the weight you want to be, and eat those healthy food

hey girl okay so its been about a week how are you doing? since it's spring the park is the perfect place for hanging out(believe it or not a work out place too) just running around the park and having a funbtime can help you burn up all the calories too give it a try

hey so so so sorry i havent been on in a while i have just been so busy but things to do this weekend 1. cut all the sugars that you have. No candy or soda it is proven that when you drink more than 1 soda a day each day a week or about 8 or more sodas in a week you can gain 1 to 2 pounds but it is worst with candy 2. try running a little more try a kick boxing class in a local YMCA (if possible) or try a cardio class, try taking a swim in a local in door pool or play a game of basketball with some friends (even if your not the greatest at it) you are actually burning a lot of calories while doing it Things you can do to burn calories: shopping in a mall, your actually walking around a lot and carrying around those bags help Dancing just goofing off and dancing around turns out to be a fun workout walking around town- grab some friends and walk and talk (it turns out its a work out but fun because your talking and hanging with your friends Kailan

hey girl! congratulations! i TOTALLY agree with you girl! it's not fair!! but i really don't think that complaining about it will get you too far. it might annoy your teacher and make her disappointed in you.... i'm sure it's probably kinda tough to deal with and i would def be upset about it too. but i think the only thing to do is to do your best and show the teacher that you really deserve to be a student teacher. strive to be better than the other teachers and make an effort to top them! that way if she does decide to do something about the assistant teachers, she'll know you're the best! hope this helps! post back! ~Lauren

Hey girl! so i hope you were able to get done what i posted today i am doing this: (i advise you to do the same okay i am doing a light jog around the track with some friends then i am hitting the gym and doing some yoga then hitting the elyptical and lifting some weights trying to get that real upper strength Breakfast tip: Try eating some toast with a little bit of butter i cant stand butter on my toast so i put low calorie peanut butter Milk to drink ( i dont always lean to juice just to get a good source of fruit alot of times there are a lot of sugar in it and if you have sugar you wont get skinny to easy) Lunch and dinner tip: try a small portion of steak or turkey sandwich get some greens on your plate and try an apple Tip for the day: try walking to school instead of getting a two minute ride grab some friends to walk with ya and no candy!!!

hey girl sorry i didnt get to much down for you this morning but i was running late and i had just got dressed in everything when i remembered i had to right so i ran into my office and wrote that kind of fast.......... but i found an artical it is the #1 topic today but it is the cardio workout thing i think you should check it out and give it a try i dont know where you live if you could give me like the state you live in so i can look at the weather in all so yay After noon snack tip: try a low in calorie juice or milk with one of the previous things apples with a light low fat vanilla yogurt yogurt parfait popcorn* which is what i am eating now or... you can go with a turkey sandwich if you are really hungry (instead of white try whole grain!) hope i could help Kailan

Okay girl today i want you to start off light Food: try eating more greens and fruits today if your thirsty for a soda grab a juice instead Dense your meals a little more less on your plate wont make you feel challenged to eat all of the food on it (people with lots of food on their plate tend to eat all of it then feel sick with eating it all, then people who have less on their plate but hey girl if your still hungry afterward grab an apple they burn belly fat and yet are really healthy Work outs: try a light jog for awhile around the block then get home and do calf rises 30 on each leg, high legs in place for 1 minute (they really tone the leg muscles and of course crunches always work for me BUT ABOVE ALL dont forget to stretch! kailan

heyy! well im not sure where your health advisor application is, so i'll just write mine here. Actually, I think its really cool that your looking for someone to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am 13 years old, and yeah, haha i definetly have to be responsible in my fam, because since im the oldest in a family of 7, theres always someone that needs something. I get on girlslife about once a day. Some of my current goals are to eat healthier and lose some weight. I used to be very large, but I have actually lost like 10 pounds. Since my Mother is A health advisor in our community, (not to brag) but i do know a lot of stuff about like health. Outside of gym classes, I LOVE dance, ice skating, and yoga yoga is AWESOME anyway, thanks for reading this~ and heres a little trick for eating healthier: If you get cravingd for anything, take an apple out of the fridge and sit it next to the food you want to eat. Are you hungry enough to eat the apple? if so, then eat the food your craving (but not too much, k?) and if your not, then you know your not really hungry <3 <3 <3 THANKS <3 <3 <3
